AP Bren has officially chosen Brody for the M5 Champion Skin

MANILA, 20 March – M5 World Champions AP Bren has officially confirmed Brody as their chosen hero to co-design with international gaming developer and publisher MOONTON Games. The team was given the chance to work with Mobile Legends: Bang Bang maker as part of the perks for winning the world's biggest MLBB tournament hosted in the Philippines last December 2023.

"We feel that Brody has been a big part of our success in the M5 series. This hero has helped our team consistently and ultimately helped retain the PH era of MLBB. We want this hero to represent our team’s success inside the game and for our fans to be part of that success by owning the skin and enjoying it," says Jab Escutin, AP Bren Director.

Additionally, MOONTON Games will give David "FlapTzy" Canon an opportunity to co-design Paquito's #M5FMVPSkin, as the M5 World Championship's Finals MVP. Paquito is an MLBB hero inspired by Manny Pacquiao, one of the world's greatest professional boxers of all time.

"This is the first FMVP skin in MLBB’s history and I am very honored to be the first M series MVP to receive his very own FMVP Skin. I like Paquito because I feel that he represents my personality as a player. He is very aggressive to protect his teammates but also very focused on the different objectives that the team needs to win," said the veteran EXP laner.

MOONTON Games and AP Bren are currently in talks to discuss the details of the in-game commemorative skins that are expected to launch in September 2024. More activities leading to the launch will be announced!

In 2019, Indonesia's EVOS Legends chose to provide Harith a commemorative M Champion skin. Meanwhile, the Philippines' Bren Esports picked Lancelot and Blacklist International designed Estes after winning M2 and M3, respectively. Last year, ECHO co-designed a skin for Chou, the first fighter hero to receive a skin design from a world champion.
