Ruby's skills have a 75% Spell Vamp Ratio (her Basic Attacks cannot trigger Lifesteal). For every 1% HP lost, her Spell Vamp Ratio increases by 1%, up to 150%. After each skill cast, Ruby can dash to another location and gain 8-25 Physical & Magic Defense (scales with level) for 4s (stacks up to 3 times).

In teamfights, use Ruby's 1st Skill to slow the enemy at a distance, and close in with her Passive dash.
Then use her 2nd Skill to stun the enemies in range and use her Ultimate to pull back those who try to escape.
